Practice Manager of Logan Clinic Pauline is a proud Quandamooka woman from Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island).

Pauline loves her role, feeling blessed to be able to work with our Logan mob and some of the best doctors and nurses around.

“ATSICHS Brisbane’s values align with my own personal values,” Pauline said.

“I am very passionate about community especially the Logan community. I reside in the Logan area, so I feel connected with the people and Country here.”

“I have grown and learnt a lot since being at Logan Clinic from the yarns with our Elders and community members that come in daily for a yarn and coffee.”

She said the strength of the team, and the way they always put community first, ensures the smooth operation of the clinic.

Highlights from the last financial year that demonstrate the team’s success include seeing 690 new patients, completing around 2000 health checks, and holding a huge range of events to both celebrate and educate, such as Coming of the Light, Mabo Day, NAIDOC, smoking cessation and Women’s Health Week among others.

Pauline puts community first with every decision she makes and considers her team in everything she does.

“If you asked what I love most about my role, I would 100% say it’s my interactions with community and being there to support them with their health, plus working with my staff and watching them grow.”
