Netball players wanted for Deadly Choices teams
Netball registrations now open!
Are you a netball superstar? Registrations are now open for the Deadly Choices Shield (Years 7-9) and Cup (Years 10-12) teams in the Origin Energy Vicki Wilson Championship.
The Origin Energy Vicki Wilson Championship is THE premier netball competition for secondary schools across Queensland.
It brings together the state’s strongest talent with the opportunity to advance to the finals and be crowned state champions.
Event details
When: 6-8 August 2022
Where: Nissan Arena, 590 Mains Road, Nathan.
Transport: Make your own way. Please contact us if you need help getting there.
Uniform: You will receive a netball dress, training shirt, bummers, hoodie and drink bottle.
Teams: Twelve players per team. Trials will occur in late June/early July. Otherwise, there will be paper grading.
Netball age divisions
- Shield (Years 7-9) – female only
- Cup (Years 10-12) – female only
Entry conditions
- You must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- You must identify as female.
- You must be enrolled in school and attending.
- Your school must not have already qualified for the finals.
