Our plan for the future

Our community, our future, our way

Creating a flourishing future and lasting legacy for our people and our community.

ATSICHS Brisbane has grown immensely in the past three years with many significant and memorable achievements.

We have consolidated and strengthened our programs, services and models of care, including partnerships within the health sectors, to realise our vision to deliver healthy, connected Indigenous urban communities.

This new Strategic Plan for 2020-23 sets out the foundations for us to build a high performing, agile and innovative organisation that is focussed on delivering accessible services to our community.
It outlines our key priorities, focussed on a single goal to improve the health and wellbeing of our people.

Connecting with our community is important and we have listened, learnt and improved as we evolve into a high-performing organisation, recognised for the quality of our services, the strengths of our partnerships and our commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of our people.

Our 2020-23 strategic planning process gave us a unique opportunity to look back at our beginnings and our journey and to celebrate, but more importantly, look forward to our future.

Our Community, Our Future, Our Way commits us to five strategic priorities that seek to broaden and improve our primary health care and community services and ensure we are operating in the most efficient and effective way possible.
