Description
This book was created by the Deadly Kindy Burragah class of 2020 to share their kindy experiences with the community, and features both Yugambeh language and English.
From morning circle time, outdoor play, making healthy food option and getting creative, their kindy journey has been documented in this beautiful collection of artwork and stories.
We acknowledge, recognise and value the languages spoken by our First Nations people and we help our jarjums strengthen their first language by embedding the Yugambeh language into both this book and our unique kindergarten program.
We are grateful to the Yugambeh Museum for the translation of our jarjum’s stories.
All proceeds will go towards ATSICHS Deadly Kindys.
