A rising star in the Learning and Development team

Chenoah started her career at ATSICHS Brisbane as a trainee in the Learning and Development team in 2021 and it was immediately clear how dedicated this proud Jiddabul woman was to furthering her growth as a young professional. 

After completing her traineeship, she progressed to Learning and Development Administrator and in May 2024, after completing her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, she succeeded to the role of Learning and Development Officer. 

Her drive and determination coupled with the opportunities for development that ATSICHS Brisbane is brilliant at providing, illustrate just what is possible when talent is nurtured.

This is what our paid traineeship program is all about – creating a supportive pathway that allows Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people to develop skills and experience on the job and get a nationally recognised qualification. And with a traineeship behind them, there is so much scope for making their future employment dreams come true.

A couple of key achievements include overseeing the extensive Learning Management System and putting in place many processes that make the end user learning experience more seamless. She was instrumental in organising an extremely engaging Corporate Services Team Building Day.
